Parenting Yourself Through A Bad Day

Hello, hi! Are you having a bad day, or perhaps you're in the midst of a few bad days? Today's episode covers my approach to parent myself when I've experienced my own bad days. Self-parenting is an idea that empowers us to care for our inner child as we re-wire our coping strategies to manage stress and discomfort. Here are my tips for self-parenting through a bad day:
